Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to clients, managing a diverse book of business, and ensuring seamless handling of all commercial insurance needs. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a generalist book of business.
  • Provide end-to-end servicing of accounts, including renewals, Certificates of Insurance (COI), change requests, and more.
  • Quote new and renewal business as needed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of client inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with the local branch manager and other team members to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the commercial insurance industry.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software is preferred but not required.
