Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a close-knit and growing team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a $1.5 million book of business, specializing in small to mid-market accounts with a focus on Workers' Compensation. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a well-established book of business, including Workers' Compensation accounts.
  • Handle renewals, marketing for new and renewal business, quoting, and endorsements.
  • Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Utilize agency management software.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role; 2-3 years preferred. Must have experience with Workers' Compensation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in quoting and managing commercial lines accounts. Familiarity with HawkSoft is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and a proactive work ethic.
  • Education: Relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience.
