Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a close-knit and family-oriented team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and flexible environment. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, focusing on auto dealers and transportation industries, while providing exceptional service to valued clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage a $2MM revenue book of business, primarily consisting of auto dealer accounts.
- Handle remarketing and account renewals, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with producers to meet with clients and address their needs.
- Oversee new business marketing efforts to support agency growth.
- Work closely with an Account Assistant responsible for policy checking, changes, audits, certificates, endorsements, and emailing policies.
- Utilize Epic software to manage accounts efficiently.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: 2-6 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Licenses/Designations: Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with auto dealer and transportation industries is highly preferred.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
