Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing a specialized book of business, including cannabis accounts, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, a proven track record of success, and a commitment to excellence.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a specialized book of business, including cannabis accounts.
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
- Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to clients' unique needs.
- Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years in a similar role within the commercial insurance industry.
- Proficiency in AMS360 software is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
