Job Summary:

This position is responsible for managing personal and commercial accounts, processing renewals, and providing exceptional customer service.

Compensation Package:

The salary for this position is hourly, non-exempt, ranging from $60,000 to $80,000. Additionally, a 401(k) with a 3% match is available after one year of employment. The role is onsite for training and then hybrid after 90 days, with equipment provided for remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Handling phone calls and certificates
• Processing change requests and quoting options
• Managing renewals and some agency bill processing
• Quoting new/renewal business as required
• Working with accounts ranging from 1k to 50k in premium

Qualifications/Requirements:

• PC license is required
• 3 years of experience in Commercial is preferred
• Experience with HawkSoft software is a plus
• Strong soft skills including emotional intelligence and creative thinking are desired
