Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in a hybrid work setting. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings
- Analyze client insurance needs and provide suitable coverage options
- Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Assist with claims management and resolution
- Prepare and present insurance proposals and recommendations to clients
Qualifications/Requirements
- At least 5 years of commercial lines account management experience required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance management software
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
