Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in a hybrid work setting. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings
  • Analyze client insurance needs and provide suitable coverage options
  • Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
  • Assist with claims management and resolution
  • Prepare and present insurance proposals and recommendations to clients

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least 5 years of commercial lines account management experience required
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance management software
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
