Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized commercial insurance accounts.
- Handle all aspects of account management, including endorsements, certificates, renewals, and client communication.
- Collaborate with internal departments for marketing and accounting support.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using agency management software.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Texas.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of commercial insurance experience. Candidates with Assistant Account Manager (AAM) experience looking to transition into a full Account Manager role are welcome to apply.
- Technical Skills: Experience using agency management software.
- Soft Skills:
