Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized commercial insurance accounts.
  • Handle all aspects of account management, including endorsements, certificates, renewals, and client communication.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for marketing and accounting support.
  • Quote new and renewal business as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation using agency management software.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Texas.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of commercial insurance experience. Candidates with Assistant Account Manager (AAM) experience looking to transition into a full Account Manager role are welcome to apply.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using agency management software.
  • Soft Skills:
