Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in managing middle-market accounts and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing a generalist book of business, handling marketing, renewals, endorsements, and creating proposals. This is a hybrid position, requiring two days in the office per week.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage a generalist book of middle-market accounts.
- Handle marketing, renewals, endorsements, and compare quotes.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using Epic software.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing middle-market accounts.
- Proficiency in using Epic software is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment (2 days in-office).
