Commercial Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a tight-knit and dedicated team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the growth of a well-established agency specializing in the scholastic education market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large accounts, particularly within the education vertical, and will be confident, sales-oriented, and eager to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a book of business focused on public and private school districts, including large accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in the education sector.
- Round out accounts for current school district clients, effectively starting from scratch to grow the portfolio.
- Quote new and renewal business as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Represent the agency professionally and confidently in all client interactions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; Life & Health (L&H) license is a bonus.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a strong preference for candidates with knowledge of the education vertical and experience managing large accounts.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with P&C management systems (e.g., AMS) is preferred but not required.
- Soft Skills:
- Confident and self-motivated.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales-oriented with a proactive approach to building relationships.
- Willingness to meet new people and establish contacts.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
