Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, servicing small market commercial lines accounts.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage and service small market commercial lines accounts.
- Handle quoting for both new and renewal business.
- Collaborate with carriers such as Penn National, Travelers, Encova, and Donegal to provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Utilize EZLynx software for account management and processing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Work closely with a team of professionals to support the agency's growth and success.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZLynx software and familiarity with a variety of carriers.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, motivation, drive, collaborative mindset, and a dedication to providing exceptional client service.
