Commercial Lines Insurance CSR

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team at an independent insurance agency. This is a full-time, in-office position where you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of servicing commercial clients. Working closely with a senior lead account manager and producer, you will ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction for clients.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience) + End-of-Year Bonus Potential

Responsibilities

  • Assist in servicing commercial insurance accounts, including adding vehicles, locations, endorsements, and handling light certificate work.
  • Review and check policies for accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the lead account manager and producer to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in the agency management system (AMS360).

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role at a retail P&C insurance agency.
  • Proficiency in using AMS360 or similar agency management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, business-driven environment.
