- Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in commercial lines within an independent agency setting is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic software is preferred.
