• Provide support to the renewal team by handling standard account management tasks.

• Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to address inquiries and resolve issues.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience: Previous experience in commercial lines within an independent agency setting is essential.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic software is preferred.
