Commercial Lines Associate Client Representative

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Commercial Lines Associate Client Representative to join a growing team. The successful candidate will support the management of a high-volume book of middle-market commercial business, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Support the lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks to meet client needs.
  • Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
  • Organize, attach, and name documents in EPIC.
  • Utilize templates and system-generated letters/forms to produce standard communications, including BOR, proposal letters, change requests, and proofs of insurance.
  • Process policy endorsements in EPIC.
  • Create activities in EPIC and assign tasks to applicable team members.
  • Order and manage loss runs.

Qualifications/Requirements

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Work Experience

  • 0-2 years of experience in Commercial Property and Casualty insurance.

Licenses/Certifications

  • State Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).

Skills and Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
  • Ability to learn and understand insurance coverage fundamentals.
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of co-workers and clients.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to find common ground and resolve issues effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and stay updated on industry trends, products, and technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with EPIC software is a plus but not mandatory.
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
