Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package
- Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, plus 50% commission on new business.

Responsibilities
- Provide A-Z servicing for a generalist book of business, including mid-market accounts.
- Manage existing policies, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Quote new and renewal business, contributing to the growth of the book of business.
- Write new business policies and actively cross-sell additional products and services.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Department to meet team goals and objectives.
- Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active 2-20 license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
- Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
