Job Summary

Compensation Package

  • Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
  • 401(k): 3% match at 100%, 4% match at 3.5%.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 17 days annually, with the ability to carry over unused days. Additional 2 days awarded at the end of the year. Flexible PTO policy, open to negotiation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Focus on generating new business opportunities and expanding the client base.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated servicing team to ensure seamless client support, allowing you to focus on sales.
  • Work with top carriers, including Erie, Cincinnati, Auto Owners, Travelers, Liberty, Chubb, and Donegal, to provide clients with the best coverage options.
  • Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
  • Travel as required to meet with clients and prospects.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in commercial lines insurance.
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and results-driven with a commitment to upholding core values.
  • Ability to work remotely with limited in-office requirements; candidates based in the Pittsburgh metro area are preferred.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and provide references as part of the hiring process.
