Compensation Package

  • Entry-Level to Junior Licensed (3-7 years of experience):
    • Base Salary: $65,000 - $110,000
    • Book of Business (BoB): Not required initially
    • Sign-On Bonus: Not included
  • Mid-Market (3-7 years of experience):
    • Base Salary: $110,000 - $180,000
    • BoB: $100,000 - $500,000
    • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 - $25,000
  • Experienced Producers (7+ years of experience):
    • Base Salary: $200,000 - $250,000
    • BoB: $500,000+
    • Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Utilize software tools such as AMS260 and Salesforce to manage accounts and track performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and maintain familiarity with relevant carriers.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial production or a related sales role (7+ years preferred for senior positions).
  • Proven ability to generate and manage a Book of Business (BoB) with a track record of revenue growth.
  • Strong sales acumen with a hunger to succeed and a proactive approach to business development.
  • Familiarity with AMS260 and Salesforce software is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-sufficient, aggressive, and quick to adapt to new challenges.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
