Job Summary

Seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join a team as Commercial Lines Producers. Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 (Year 1; declines over 3 years to commission-only structure)
  • Commission: 40% on new business, 30% on renewals
  • Activity Bonuses: Earn additional bonuses (e.g., $1,000 for meeting monthly goals)
  • Equity Opportunity: Gain equity in the company once your book of business reaches $250,000
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new business opportunities in the middle-market commercial sector
  • Develop expertise in a chosen vertical ("major") and a secondary focus area ("minor")
  • Attend sales training programs to enhance skills and industry knowledge
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and communication
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and activity goals

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience:

    • 3-4 years of B2B sales experience OR
    • 2-3 years in a Producer Assistant or insurance-related role (candidates with Risk Management degrees will also be considered)
  • Proven experience in prospecting and conducting client meetings

  • Preferred: Property & Casualty (P&C) license (not mandatory for candidates with strong sales experience)
