Job Summary

Seeking motivated and driven individuals to join a team as Commercial Lines Producers. Compensation Package

  • Base Salary (Year 1): $65,000 - $75,000 (declines over three years to commission-only structure)
  • Commission Structure: 40% on new business, 30% on renewals
  • Activity Bonuses: Earn additional bonuses (e.g., $1,000 for meeting monthly goals)
  • Equity Opportunity: Gain equity in the company once your book of business reaches $250,000
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the middle-market commercial sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings and communication
  • Select and focus on a primary and secondary industry vertical to specialize in
  • Attend sales training programs to enhance skills and industry knowledge
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and activity goals
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve organizational objectives

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Required Experience:
    • Proven B2B sales experience (insurance experience preferred but not required)
    • Experience in prospecting and conducting client meetings
    • Background in roles such as Producer Assistant or other insurance-related positions is a plus
  • Preferred Experience:
    • 3-4 years of B2B sales experience or 2-3 years in an insurance-related role
    • Recent graduates with a degree in Risk Management, Business, or Sales will also be considered
  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred but not mandatory
  • Soft Skills:
