Commercial Lines Producer

Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 + commissions and additional bonus opportunities
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k).
Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and expand new business opportunities within assigned industry verticals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and scheduled meetings.
- Develop subject-matter expertise by selecting a primary and secondary industry vertical for specialization.
- Consistently meet or exceed established sales, production, and activity goals.
- Collaborate with internal partners and leadership to support overall business growth and client success.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience:
- 3-4 years of B2B sales experience OR 2-3 years in a Producer Assistant or insurance-related role.
- Candidates with Risk Management degrees or strong sales experience will also be considered.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to prospect and hold client meetings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and a go-getter mentality.
- Licenses: Property & Casualty license preferred but not required.
