Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial and Personal Insurance Producer to join a dynamic team. Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $110,000 annually
• Commission: 50% on new business and renewals after the first year. Transition to commission-only structure typically after three years, once the book of business is established.
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k).
• Work Environment: Hybrid work model available for producers, with the flexibility to work from any office.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a book of business with a goal of achieving $1.5 million in premium.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.
• Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with a dedicated support team to deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Identify and develop a niche market to maximize success and growth opportunities.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, supporting the overall growth and success of the organization.

Qualifications/Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in building and managing a book of business.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Licensure/designations as required by state regulations.
• Familiarity with insurance software and tools is preferred.
