Commercial Lines Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and professional Commercial Lines Producer to join a team. This role involves handling incoming commercial insurance leads, quoting and presenting new business opportunities, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling commercial lines insurance, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $40,000 plus commission

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming commercial insurance leads and inbound calls
• Quote, present, and close new business opportunities
• Identify coverage gaps and upsell additional services where appropriate
• Work efficiently in a high-call-volume, fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth client onboarding

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in selling commercial lines insurance
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Hawksoft preferred
