Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager to join a team. This role involves independently managing a portfolio of middle-market commercial clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing strategic planning. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial property and casualty insurance, demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, and have the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities
As a Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary service contact for a portfolio of middle-market commercial clients.
- Evaluating exposures, obtaining quotes, and negotiating and finalizing terms with carriers.
- Analyzing client risks and providing tailored recommendations.
- Preparing and submitting complete carrier submissions.
- Managing renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and proofs of insurance.
- Reviewing binding documents for accuracy and ensuring timely notifications to carriers.
- Conducting contract reviews and maintaining accurate account details in the EPIC system.
- Leveraging templates and system-generated letters for client and carrier communications.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Providing expert consultation on coverage needs and program design.
- Developing and implementing strategies to address client needs and industry trends.
Qualifications/Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
Work Experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance.
- Comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages and guaranteed cost program design.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
Professional Licenses/Certifications
- Active state Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (creating, formatting, and evaluating formulas).
- Familiarity with agency management systems (EPIC preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technology platforms.
