Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Producer to join a growing team. As a Commercial Producer, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the organization. Compensation Package

• Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
• 401(k): 3% employer contribution

Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities and meet sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Actively network within the community to generate leads
• Manage both cold and warm leads to expand the client base
• Work with various types of accounts, including banking, generalist, manufacturing, restaurants, and retail
• Utilize software tools such as EPIC and Salesforce to manage client information and sales processes

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (1-6 years preferred)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC and Salesforce software
• Soft Skills: Strong character, ethical mindset, cultural alignment, and a growth-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel as needed for client meetings
