P&C Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced P&C Producer to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a professional and flexible environment. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through team selling and leveraging existing relationships.
• Generate new business opportunities through a combination of warm leads (70% provided by the company) and some cold calling.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, ranging in size and complexity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management and documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Active P&C license is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of agency producing experience, with a proven track record of success.
• Experience working with medium to large brokers.
• Strong sales acumen and a go-getter attitude.
• Ability to demonstrate strong tenure and ownership of a book of business is a plus.
• Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
