Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and professional Commercial Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, a passion for the insurance industry, and the ability to manage small to mid-sized accounts effectively. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with three days in-office and two days remote. Bilingual fluency required.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a shared book of business within the Commercial Lines team, supporting a portfolio of small to mid-sized accounts.
  • Service a variety of account types, including contractors and general commercial risks such as liability, workers’ compensation, commercial auto, and general liability.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Quote and manage new and renewal business, with a balanced focus on growth and retention.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account documentation using agency management software (HawkSoft).
  • Collaborate closely with internal team members to ensure smooth workflows, operational efficiency, and overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensing: Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Hawksoft software is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Carriers: Familiarity with Progressive, Guard, Hartford, Merchants, Cincinnati, Liberty Mutual, and Hanover is a plus.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Bilingual fluency.
