Employee Benefits Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and professional Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to operations, focusing on servicing accounts, managing renewals, marketing, quoting, and day-to-day client interactions. The successful candidate will work with small group accounts, primarily under 20 employees, with a book size of approximately 60 to 80 total groups. This is a hybrid position, requiring three days in the office and two days working remotely. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000+ annually, commensurate with experience.

- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of small group accounts (primarily under 20 employees, with some over 20).
- Handle renewals, marketing, quoting, and other day-to-day account management activities.
- Provide exceptional client service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
- Utilize Employee Navigator and BenefitPoint software for data entry and management.
- Collaborate with team members and attend occasional team or client meetings.
- Demonstrate initiative and ensure timely follow-up on all client-related matters.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Life & Health (L&H) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in employee benefits account management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Employee Navigator and BenefitPoint software is highly preferred.
