Seeking a proactive and experienced Employee Benefits Account Executive. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their employee benefits programs, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, industry expertise, and a consultative approach to client management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead advisor to clients on employee benefits strategies, plan designs, renewals, and compliance.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client HR teams and executive leadership.

  • Collaborate with internal account managers, analysts, and producers to deliver client solutions.

  • Conduct annual benefit reviews and renewal presentations.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, healthcare reform, and regulatory updates affecting employee benefits.

  • Work closely with carriers and vendors to negotiate plan renewals and ensure competitive benefit offerings.
