Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Executive to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in client-facing employee benefits, who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will manage a book of business, lead client service initiatives, oversee renewals, and coordinate marketing and open enrollment activities. This position offers a hybrid work model with light travel required.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, plus bonus potential

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of employee benefits accounts, ranging from 50 to 300 lives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
  • Lead the renewal process, including quoting new and renewal business
  • Oversee marketing efforts and open enrollment activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client needs
  • Utilize EPIC and Employee Navigator software to manage accounts and workflows
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Life & Health (L&H) license required
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a client-facing employee benefits role; 5+ years preferred
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC and Employee Navigator software
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of group benefits for accounts ranging from 50 to 300 lives
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
