Employee Benefits Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Executive to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in client-facing employee benefits, who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will manage a book of business, lead client service initiatives, oversee renewals, and coordinate marketing and open enrollment activities. This position offers a hybrid work model with light travel required.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, plus bonus potential

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of employee benefits accounts, ranging from 50 to 300 lives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Lead the renewal process, including quoting new and renewal business
- Oversee marketing efforts and open enrollment activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client needs
- Utilize EPIC and Employee Navigator software to manage accounts and workflows
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Life & Health (L&H) license required
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a client-facing employee benefits role; 5+ years preferred
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC and Employee Navigator software
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of group benefits for accounts ranging from 50 to 300 lives
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
