Employee Benefits Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a close-knit and growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of accounts, ranging from small to large-sized groups. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to manage a book of business effectively. This position is initially fully onsite, with the potential for hybrid flexibility once acclimated.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, with 100% of employee benefits fully paid.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portion of a $600,000 revenue book of business, with accounts distributed based on experience and fit.
  • Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with a small, dynamic team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Active Life & Health (L&H) license is required.
  • Experience working with employee benefits accounts, with a preference for candidates with prior exposure to small and large group accounts.
  • Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a growing agency.
