Employee Benefits Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a close-knit and growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of accounts, ranging from small to large-sized groups. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to manage a book of business effectively. This position is initially fully onsite, with the potential for hybrid flexibility once acclimated.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, with 100% of employee benefits fully paid.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portion of a $600,000 revenue book of business, with accounts distributed based on experience and fit.
- Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with a small, dynamic team to achieve departmental goals.
- Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Life & Health (L&H) license is required.
- Experience working with employee benefits accounts, with a preference for candidates with prior exposure to small and large group accounts.
- Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a growing agency.
