Employee Benefits Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in supporting the Employee Benefits department by managing day-to-day client service, fostering strong carrier relationships, and overseeing renewal processes for small group accounts. The ideal candidate will bring a service-oriented mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships in a dynamic brokerage environment.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day service support for Employee Benefits clients.
- Manage carrier relations and communication regarding plan changes and renewals.
- Oversee the renewal process for employer groups with fewer than 100 employees.
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure seamless policy administration and client satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients to support the growth and success of the Employee Benefits department.
Qualifications/Requirements
Required:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Employee Benefits service within an agency or brokerage environment.
- Familiarity with small group health and ancillary benefit plans.
- Proven experience in renewal preparation and client servicing.
Preferred:
- Exposure to multiple benefits carriers and plan structures.
- Experience working in a collaborative brokerage environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
