Employee Benefits Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess extensive experience in general agency or broker in-house account management, and have a proven track record of managing small to large market accounts (2-500 lives).
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage servicing, renewals, and open enrollment processes for small to large group accounts (2-500 lives).
- Utilize the Navigator group admin tool and Applied EPIC Sales Automation broker management tool to manage accounts effectively.
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in general agency or broker in-house account management, with a focus on small to large market accounts (2-500 lives).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Navigator group admin tool and Applied EPIC Sales Automation broker management tool.
- Licenses: Active 215 license is required.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Work Arrangement: 100% onsite, with the possibility of 1-2 remote days for highly qualified candidates.
