Job Summary

Looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day servicing of employee benefits accounts, focusing on groups with 50-100 lives.
  • Handle renewals and marketing efforts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with team members to share information and provide support to junior employees.
  • Utilize software tools such as Sagitta and ImageRight to manage accounts efficiently.
  • Maintain punctual and professional communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Life & Health (L&H) license required.
  • Experience: Familiarity with employee benefits insurance is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Sagitta and ImageRight software preferred.
