Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and professional Employee Benefits Account Manager or Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing a book of business, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service. The successful candidate will work closely with the Account Executive, Assistant Vice President, and Vice President to support the growth and success of the organization.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $72,000 - $95,000 (depending on experience) for Account Manager; $93,000 - $118,000 (depending on experience) for Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Handle renewals, enrollment kits, benefit guides, and open enrollment processes.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to clients on fully funded and level-funded accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including the AE, AVP, and VP, to deliver seamless service.
- Utilize benefits administration software to manage accounts and ensure accuracy in all documentation.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
- Maintain a professional and confident demeanor while interacting with clients and team members.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years as an Account Manager; level-funded account experience preferred for Senior AM.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Employee Navigator software.
- Soft Skills: Professional, confident, strategic, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
