Established agency seeking a full-time Account Manager to work in our benefits department. This position supports the Producer and Account Exec in servicing group benefit clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assists with Running Quotes and Preparing Benefit and Cost Comparisons.
• Database Management, in Applied Epic.
• Processing eligibility changes online with the insurance companies.
• Day to day service issues (billing, eligibility and claim resolution).
• No license is required for the role.

Required experience:

• 4+ years of previous benefits experience, preferably with an agency or broker
• Experienced with using MS Word and Excel

Required education:

• College or Equivalent Independent Agency Experience
