Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually

  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (remote and in-office)
  • Travel: Local and national travel to clients as needed

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee benefits accounts with 50+ lives, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee the renewal process, including quoting new and renewal business.
  • Create and deliver benefit materials and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Handle service calls and provide timely resolutions to client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure/Designations: Life & Health (L&H) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in employee benefits, with at least 2-3 years as an Account Manager.
  • Proven expertise in managing renewals, creating benefit materials, and handling service calls.
  • Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel locally and nationally as needed.
