Employee Benefits Account Manager – Hybrid
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually
- Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (remote and in-office)
- Travel: Local and national travel to clients as needed
Responsibilities
- Manage employee benefits accounts with 50+ lives, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee the renewal process, including quoting new and renewal business.
- Create and deliver benefit materials and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Handle service calls and provide timely resolutions to client inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure/Designations: Life & Health (L&H) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in employee benefits, with at least 2-3 years as an Account Manager.
- Proven expertise in managing renewals, creating benefit materials, and handling service calls.
- Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel locally and nationally as needed.
