Employee Benefits Client Service Specialist - Hybrid
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Employee Benefits Client Service Specialist to join a growing team. This role is integral to supporting the Account Managers and ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for providing top-notch client support. This is a hybrid position, offering a mix of remote and in-office work.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 annually
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and additional perks
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (combination of remote and in-office work)
Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers with daily tasks and client service needs
- Manage claim inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Communicate with insurance carriers to address billing errors and other concerns
- Support Account Managers with enrollment processes and related tasks
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the EPIC software system
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the employee benefits or insurance industry
- Active Life & Health (L&H) licensure required
- Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- A proactive and client-focused mindset
