Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Employee Benefits Client Service Specialist to join a growing team. This role is integral to supporting the Account Managers and ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for providing top-notch client support. This is a hybrid position, offering a mix of remote and in-office work.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 annually
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and additional perks
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (combination of remote and in-office work)

Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Managers with daily tasks and client service needs
  • Manage claim inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Communicate with insurance carriers to address billing errors and other concerns
  • Support Account Managers with enrollment processes and related tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in the EPIC software system

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the employee benefits or insurance industry
  • Active Life & Health (L&H) licensure required
  • Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • A proactive and client-focused mindset
