Job Summary: We are seeking a highly-motivated Employee Benefits Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for opening doors, actively engaging in the community, and demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit. This position offers the opportunity for agency ownership and comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401k match and profit sharing.
Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities within the community
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed guidance to clients
- Contribute to the growth and success of the agency through proactive sales initiatives
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the insurance or financial services industry
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Active involvement in the community, such as serving on boards or with non-profit organizations
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving results
- Familiarity with group insurance products and ancillary lines is a plus
