Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $50,000 for entry-level candidates; $60,000–$70,000 for experienced candidates (negotiable based on experience and performance).
- Commissions: Competitive commission structure, with potential for higher earnings on new business to support book growth.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance.
Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including warm leads from bank partnerships, cold calling, and tools such as Zywave and MyEdge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored employee benefits solutions to meet their needs.
- Manage a mix of new and renewal business, with a focus on driving new revenue (approximately 40% new business, 30% renewals, negotiable based on experience).
- Utilize internal systems, including EPIC, Zywave, proprietary software, and the bank CRM, to manage client accounts and track sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, from entry-level to seasoned producers. Candidates with a proven ability to generate $100,000+ in annual revenue are highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong sales acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a results-driven mindset.
- Technology: Familiarity with EPIC, Zywave, and CRM systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Travel: Limited travel may be required, depending on lead opportunities.
