Employee Benefits Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and driven Employee Benefits Producer to join a growing team.
Compensation Package
- $50K-$80K (depending on experience) + commissions

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of employee benefits accounts of all sizes.
- Sell major medical, ancillary lines, and disability insurance.
- Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with strategic partners and leverage carrier relationships to deliver tailored solutions.
- Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities within the tristate region.
- Attend client meetings, industry events, and internal team meetings as required.
- Provide consultative support to clients, including potential HR-related services.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Life and Health (L&H) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of prior benefits sales experience within a broker setting.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Trustworthy and dependable.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software tools is a plus.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the tristate region as needed.
