Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a team. This is a client-facing role that requires a professional with a strong background in employee benefits, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage mid-sized accounts effectively. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a book of business, primarily mid-sized accounts.
  • Handle daily tasks such as processing, quoting, and client correspondence.
  • Conduct open enrollment meetings and manage spreadsheets.
  • Quote and renew business, with a focus on renewals.
  • Utilize software tools such as AMS360, Zywave, and Ease to streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with senior account managers and other team members to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional client service in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
  • Experience: 7-10+ years of experience in employee benefits account management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360, Zywave, and Ease software.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Work Environment: Must be able to work onsite during the training period and as needed during the 4th quarter.
