Job Summary:
A growing insurance services organization is seeking an Employee Navigator System Specialist to support its HR and benefits operations. This role will be the go-to expert for the Employee Navigator platform, responsible for system builds, audits, data feeds, and workflow development. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bridging technical capabilities with business needs to improve processes, compliance, and the overall employee experience.
Essential Functions:

Serve as the subject matter expert on all aspects of the Employee Navigator platform.

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of system issues related to benefits enrollment, onboarding, and integrations with carriers and payroll systems.

Manage audits, ensure data integrity, and oversee data feeds to and from the platform.

Collaborate with internal teams to design workflows and improve operational processes.

Partner with brokers and carriers to gather plan documents and maintain accurate benefits setup.

Conduct training for internal users and provide ongoing support to maximize platform adoption and value.

Gather user feedback and communicate with system stakeholders to inform product improvements.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Deep knowledge of the Employee Navigator platform, including benefits, HR, and payroll integrations.

Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex software issues.

Background in HR, benefits administration, and/or payroll processes.

Excellent customer service, communication, and collaboration skills.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Compensation Package:

Between $60K-$80K per year (depending on experience)
