Job Description: High Net Worth Leader - Personal Lines Department
Position: High Net Worth Leader Location: Open to fully remote; hybrid and local candidates preferred in Morris County, NJ
Salary: $90,000 - $170,000 (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Department Leadership: Drive the growth and development of the personal lines department focused on high net worth clients.
- Carrier Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with high net worth insurance carriers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with producers to identify and pursue opportunities within the high net worth market.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand the department and enhance service offerings.
- Client Management: Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction for high net worth clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on high net worth clients.
- Strong network and relationships with HNW carriers.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and drive results.
