Compensation Package

Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
Benefits: 100% employer-paid health insurance.
Work Environment: Fully onsite.

Responsibilities

As a Licensed Insurance Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

Quoting new business and renewals.
Providing excellent customer service, including issuing ID cards, certificates, and handling servicing needs.
Managing standard personal lines accounts.
Utilizing EZLynx software for daily operations.
Collaborating with a small, tight-knit team to achieve company goals.

Qualifications/Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Hold a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in quoting, servicing, and managing insurance accounts.
Proficiency in EZLynx software is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to fit seamlessly into a family-oriented team environment.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the growth and success of the company.
