Seeking a dedicated and professional Licensed Insurance Agent to join a close-knit team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
- Benefits: 100% employer-paid health insurance.
- Work Environment: Fully onsite.
Responsibilities
As a Licensed Insurance Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Quoting new business and renewals.
- Providing excellent customer service, including issuing ID cards, certificates, and handling servicing needs.
- Managing standard personal lines accounts.
- Utilizing EZLynx software for daily operations.
- Collaborating with a small, tight-knit team to achieve company goals.
Qualifications/Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in quoting, servicing, and managing insurance accounts.
- Proficiency in EZLynx software is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to fit seamlessly into a family-oriented team environment.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the growth and success of the company.
