Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and professional Licensed Insurance Agent to join a close-knit team. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Benefits: 100% employer-paid health insurance.
  • Work Environment: Fully onsite.

Responsibilities

As a Licensed Insurance Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Quoting new business and renewals.
  • Providing excellent customer service, including issuing ID cards, certificates, and handling servicing needs.
  • Managing standard personal lines accounts.
  • Utilizing EZLynx software for daily operations.
  • Collaborating with a small, tight-knit team to achieve company goals.

Qualifications/Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in quoting, servicing, and managing insurance accounts.
  • Proficiency in EZLynx software is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to fit seamlessly into a family-oriented team environment.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the growth and success of the company.
