Commercial Middle Market Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Middle Market Account Manager to join a dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive A-Z servicing for middle-market accounts, including managing complex accounts and handling both renewals and new business. This position offers a hybrid work environment after an initial on-site training period.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Provide full-service account management for middle-market accounts ranging from $100,000 to $500,000 in size.
- Handle a 50/50 split of renewals and new business, with a focus on renewals.
- Collaborate with the risk management team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
- Partner with team members to address complex account needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Support the team lead and contribute to the overall success of the department.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active 2-20 license is required.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in commercial account management, preferably in a middle-market setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
- Education: Relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
