Middle Market Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Middle Market Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and rapidly growing team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts
• Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting new and renewal business, with a primary focus on renewals
• Provide A-Z account management support, including Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and other administrative tasks
• Collaborate with a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional client service
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Uphold the agency’s core values in all client and team interactions

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a proven track record of success
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; proactive and detail-oriented approach to account management
