Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and dynamic P&C Producer to join a growing team. Compensation Package

$30k-$45k base + commission

Responsibilities

Cultivate and generate relationships with prospective clients.
Build and manage a sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities.
Quote and advise on appropriate insurance coverages for clients.
Focus on personal lines initially, with the potential to expand into small commercial accounts.
Collaborate with carriers such as Erie, Progressive, Travelers, Safeco, and Grange.
Maintain a proactive and results-driven approach to sales.

Qualifications/Requirements

Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; prior sales experience preferred.
Experience: Previous retail or inside sales experience preferred. Captive insurance experience is a plus.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with QQ Catalyst, Agency Zoom, and PL Rater is advantageous.
Soft Skills:
