Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced producer to join a dynamic team.

Compensation Package

Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience) + commission

Responsibilities

Engage with warm leads generated through referrals to identify insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with support staff to streamline processes (no servicing or quoting required).
Manage a portfolio of generalist accounts.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications/Requirements

Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
Previous experience in the insurance industry is required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of success in sales.
Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote work environment after training.
