PL Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and professional PL Producer to join a dynamic and collaborative team. Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $40,000 - $70,000 annually, plus commission.
- Commission Structure: Commissionable rate increases with sales performance (5% to 15%). Expected commission earnings range from $60,000 to $80,000 annually.

- Work Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM onsite, with flexibility for family needs or inclement weather.
Responsibilities
- Engage with and follow up on internet leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Manage personal lines accounts effectively and efficiently.
- Utilize Salesforce software to track leads, manage accounts, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Skills:
- Professional demeanor and articulate communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
- Licensure/Designations: Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
