Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded insurance agency. This role plays a key part in supporting personal lines operations, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, professional development, and delivering exceptional client service. The ideal candidate brings a solid background in personal lines insurance and a commitment to building long-term client relationships within a team-oriented environment.
Compensation Package
- Competitive hourly rate up to $70,000 per year (37.5-hour workweek), plus annual bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Manage an existing book of business, including middle-market and high-net-worth accounts.
- Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
- Work with carriers such as Travelers, Safeco, Pure, Chubb, and others.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Approximately 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 and ImageRight software.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong client relationships.
