Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a book of standard personal lines accounts.
  • Assist producers with account management tasks.
  • Handle quoting, renewals, and other daily account management responsibilities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of personal lines experience.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Self-motivated and proactive.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
